A 54-year old man is facing charges after border guards seized more than 30 kilograms of marijuana over the weekend. The Canada Border Services Agency says the customs officer who was shot yesterday remains in stable condition in hospital. In a statement the agency adds Lori Bowcock is on the road to recovery and surrounded by family.
