German shepherd found injured in a Kits dumpster has died

A German shepherd has died after being found badly injured and nearly unconscious yesterday in a dumpster in Vancouver's west side.  Marcie Moriarty with the BC SPCA says the animal went into cardiac arrest Thursday evening and could not be saved.  Tests showed the dog suffered trauma to his spine and likely quadriplegic.  She says … [Read more...]
