Arrest made in Surrey homicide

  A 23 year old woman has been arrested for the killing of another woman in Surrey. The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team was called to 105-A Avenue and 138th Street about 9:30 Thursday evening. Arrest made in Vancouver Island murders

  RCMP say an arrest has been made in connection with two murders on Vancouver Island. Police have been investigating the deaths of 42 year old Karrie-Ann Stone and 18 Tyeshia Jones. Eight recommendations made following inquest into 2010 death

A coroner's jury has made eight recommendations in the RCMP shooting death of a 39-year-old North Vancouver man. Matthew Wilcox was fatally shot by a mountie in 2010, after a supposed car chase in Deep Cove. He died the next day in hospital.
