The BC Anesthesiologist Society is levelling serious accusations at the Health Ministry over patient wait times. Plane crash claims second victim

A second person has died following Monday's plane crash near Brenda Mines. The BC Coroners Service identifies the victim as 24-year old Lauren Sewell of Surrey. 30-year old Jayson Smith of Vancouver died at the scene of the accident, which remains under investigation by the Transporation Safety Board.
