Body of Kevin Fry found in Surrey

Surrey RCMP call it the end of a very sad case. The body of twenty-year-old Kevin Fry was found Saturday afternoon in a wooded area of 110th Avenue and 154 Street. Staff Sgt. Fire damages lumber mill in Surrey

A Surrey lumber mill has been damaged by fire. Crews were called to "Fraserview Cedar Products" on 144th Street near Hyland Road around 1am and found a warehouse engulfed in flames. Two 33-year old men from surrey have been identified as the vicitms of a double homicide at a local parkade late Sunday night. Investigators do not believe the murders of John Edward McGiveron and Geordie Wesley Carlow were gang-related, but both had extensive criminal records.
