Vancouver murder victim involved in drug trade

Vancouver Police have confirmed the city's first murder of the year was targeted, but they're not convinced it was gang-related. The victim was a 19 year old man from Vancouver who was attacked at Elgin Street near 47th Avenue last night around 10:30.
