Tug flips on Fraser River

No one was seriously hurt when a tug boat flipped over near the Pattullo Bridge in the Fraser River this morning.  The coast guard was alerted at 9:00 a.m. about two men falling in the water. A body has been pulled from the Fraser near the Abbotsford Mission bridge.
